ALBATROSS  is a San Francisco 
Blues Rock band whose sound was 
influenced by many 60's and early 70's
rock and blues artists.  Most notably
the music of Cream, Led Zeppelin, and 
Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac can
be heard in their sound along with a few
jazz influences in their rhythms and chording.
You can also hear echoes of the Beatles, 
the Who, Jeff Beck, the Yardbirds and 
Jimi Hendrix.  Blues greats Albert King, 
BB King, Freddie King, Buddy Guy, Robert 
Johnson, Bukka White, T Bone Walker, 
Bobby Blue Bland, and  Elmore James are 
all cited by the band as major influences.
Of course the music they produce is a 
sound all their own unique and original.
